Registration Deadline: Monday, June 30, 2025 at 04:00 PM

 

Girls 10% Deadline: Monday, June 16th

 

Entry Fees: 18 Hole Member Entry Fee ($70.00, 1 Member)

9 Hole Member Entry Fee ($50.00, 1 Member)

18 Hole Non-Member Entry Fee ($185.00, 1 Non-member)

9 Hole Non-Member Entry Fee ($145.00, 1 Non-member)

 

Tee Times: 8:00am-10:00am (1&10 Tee)

 

 

Tournament Information

 

Format: Individual Stroke Play, 18 holes for 13-18 Divisions and 9 holes for 12 & Under Divisions

 

Driving Range: The range will be available prior to play, and courtesy of the facility.

 

Practice Rounds: Practice Rounds will NOT be available at Wilmington Country Club - North

 

Push Carts: Push carts are permitted at Wilmington Country Club - North

 

Spectators: Spectators will be permitted to walk the golf course. Carts will NOT be available to rent at Wilmington Country Club - North. The clubhouse will not be available to players or spectators

 

Food & Beverage: Food and beverage will be available for purchase the day of the event at the North Course snack bar, and at the Poolside Caffe. Note credit card purchases only, no cash. 

 

Withdrawal Policy: In order to receive a full refund, players must withdraw before 12 noon, 7 days prior to the event and prior to tee times being posted. Withdrawing after this time will result in a loss of entry fee unless due to illness, injury or family emergency.
